American Inspection Agency is a full service, licensed and bonded inspection agency. We specialize in electrical, plumbing, and building inspections throughout Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Various contractors, architects, municipalities, real estate firms, banks, and insurance companies also use our agency to conduct In-Plant Inspections and Plan and Review of Architectural Drawings.

We would like the opportunity to conduct a full plant inspection concerning all electrical installations in one or all of the buildings in your operation. Our inspector will note any and all electrical violations that are visible. Upon the completion of his inspection, he will determine if any National Electric Codes (2002 Edition) violations were present. Your firm will receive a concise, comprehensive written report which will list all the National Electric Code sections that are in violation. By having this report, you can address any deficiencies to bring your plant within compliance of the minimum requirements of the National Electric Code for safe plant operation.

Our hourly fee for In-Plant inspections is $125.00. This fee is only charged for the time spent in your plant conducting the actual inspection. Any additional time required for research and preparation of the written report will be charged at the minimum office rate of $75.00/hour.

In past experience we found that most insurance carriers require this type of inspection on a timely basis and usually offer a discount on premiums if the buildings are in compliance with the National Electric Code. Depending on your insurance carrier, this discount could range from 5% to 15%.
